LeMarcheIntermedia is a small company specialized in counseling for those who consider buying or selling property in the region of Le Marche, Italy. We advice and accompany the clients in their search for their ideal property and act as translator in their contacts with real estate agents, geometra( a building engineer) and building companies.
Buying a property in Italy is for many of us considered to be the ultimate dream , for few a dream that already became reality. We are living in Le Marche for more than 5 years and because of our excellent knowledge of the Italian language ,we were asked to advice on various occasions to accompany the process of buying/selling and restoration of property owned by English, Dutch and German clients.
We collaborate (cooperate?) exclusively with qualified real estate agencies , reliable building companies and geometras. During the past years we have build a large network of various professionals and suppliers.
Our main purpose is to help the clients to realize their dream, by listening carefully and investigating their wishes and demands regarding the property they are looking for. We accompany the whole process of searching, visiting, buying and ,if necessary, restoring a property and guarantee the utmost clarity in communications between the various parties.
Besides these services, we organize Italian language courses for individuals, couples or small groups with a maximum of 4 persons.
